Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA) presents the 31st annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, May 2nd, 3rd, and 5th 2015 (4th- closed). PGSCA was established in 1984, and is a 501 (C-3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Latino culture, arts, education, economic and intercultural partnerships, and goodwill between the cities of Portland and Guadalajara.
