Sherwood's Famous Fireman's Chicken, sweet local onions, baked beans and coleslaw make up tasty dinners.
Craft Vendors, Raffles, Onion rolling, eating, and stinkiest breath contests, face and pumpkin painting and lots of entertainment can be found.
"Best Dang Onion Dish" will be awarded to the cook of the best onion recipe appetizer.
