Dallas Summerfest

We have already begun planning for Dallas largest community event of the year. Dallas Summerfest 2016 will be July 28th-31st with the theme of Hawaiian Luau.

This page will update in early 2016 with sponsorship and vendor applications so please check back!

The Dallas Area Visitors Center hosts this event offering food, retail and commercial businesses, as well as information and non profit organizations, the opportunity to set up a vendor booth on the Polk County Courthouse Lawn, during the downtown event on Thursday thru Saturday, so that the community can patron them. Saturday is the largest day of the event featuring our parade that attracts a crowd of 20, 000!

We do still have some vendor spaces available. Please download the application and contact Tasha at our office if you have any questions or concerns.

The 4th day of our event, Sunday, moves to the City Park where the Dallas Rotary hosts Breakfast in the Park and the Tom Newton Car Show, along with the Dallas Arts Associations Art in the Park and the Polk County Bounty Market. There are separate applications and guidelines for each organization, please contact them directly for more information and vendor applications.
