The Festival is a great weekend of juried art, music, wine, and food in
Glenn Otto Park by the beautiful Sandy River.

- Regional fine artists selected by the jury will be displaying their work for sale.
- Troutdale galleries, restaurants, shops, and services will be open throughout the Festival, so make a weekend of it!
